Transportation Department

Many students start their school day as the bus doors slide open. The Transportation Department of the Brookhaven School District takes pride in their role as the starting point of the school day for students. While strictly observing safety practices, our bus drivers transport close to 1500 students a day on 31 routes in and around the Brookhaven area. Pictured below ... 2012-13 Transportation Staff

The Brookhaven School District Transportation department rolled in the 2012 Christmas Parade with their decorated bus, taking home FIRST PLACE for BEST float in the school category. Student winners of various contests held during October's School Bus Safety Week rode on the bus!
