Purpose: The purpose of the Parent/Community Advisory Committee is to provide an opportunity for parents and community members to share challenges and successes for improvement or for replication. The committee will focus on areas such as curriculum and instruction, school context and organization, development, assessment and accountability and parental involvement. 

Plan: The committee will meet quarterly throughout the school year. JoAnna Sproles will take minutes.  Copies of minutes/summaries will be provided for reading on the district website. 

Meeting dates are Oct. 18, Jan. 17,  Feb. 21, March 20, and May 15. All meetings take place in the Dining Room at the Technical Center from 4p.m. to 5 p.m.
