The Brookhaven Technical Center announces that Mohogany Deshay Strauthers, a second year student in Technology Applications has been chosen as the Outstanding Nontraditional Student for 2012. Strauthers is a junior at Brookhaven High School. She has been an honor roll student and a member of the Technology Student Association (TSA), where she has competed in competition for the past two years.  She is the granddaughter of Shirley Harris.
